Richard Punter has an extensive background in senior consumer goods marketing, logistics and general management. He is a former General Manager Global Operations for Zespri. His other management positions include Chief Executive of New Zealand Dairy Foods Ltd 1988-96, Chief Executive Taubmans (NZ) Ltd 1984-88, General Sales Manager Southern Bottlers 1982-84. He was appointed a director of PPGL in 2003. He is the chairman Flotech Group Ltd and Whisper Tech Ltd and a director of the Motor Trade Association.

He is a member of the Audit Committee and Organisation & Remuneration Committee.

Paul Smart had 12 years with Sky Network Television Ltd Chief as founding Financial Officer and Company Secretary of and subsequently became Chief Financial Officer of Meridian Energy Ltd. He is a director of New Zealand Plumbers Merchant Group, Righthouse Ltd and WhisperGen Ltd.

He is the Chairman of the Audit Committee

B.Com, BSc (Auckland)

Murray Holdaway has extensive experience in information technology with a specialisation in business application software. He is CEO of Vista Entertainment Solutions, a global leader in entertainment software solutions and one of the leading producers of software for the cinema market worldwide. He brings skill sets that complement the board's vision for its eCommerce strategy.

 He is a member of the Organisation & Renumeration Committee

Kylie-TateKylie Tate. Independent director.

Kylie Tate has extensive experience in retail; commencing with Australian retail icon "Myer" as a cadet before transferring to New Zealand as Product Manager Women's apparel for Kmart. She then produced clothing ranges for other retailers under contract before founding her own women's-wear label REDHEAD in 2000, supplying over 200 fashion stores across New Zealand and Australia. She brings the supply chain, retail, and merchandising skill sets that support the board's going strategy of strengthening and growing its core retail brand.
