We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and organised general office assistant to work in our Head Office.
* Part-time hours (27.5 hours, 5 days per week)
Reporting into the Senior Buyers Assistant of Babycity you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that the Division runs smoothly. This role encompasses a variety of administrative tasks that include but are not restricted to; coordination of customer orders, managing enquiries, data entry, and monitoring of transactions.
We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:

Minimum of two years experience in an administrative position
Excellent communication and computer skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively and build relationships
An interest in and knowledge of baby products.
